Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been approved.
During busy periods, promotional events, public holidays, or unforeseen operational circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer. We will always work to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and shipping service selected at checkout.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details where available.
Tracking information can take several business days to update after dispatch. Please allow time for the carrier’s system to register movement.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details are correct at checkout. VELANNE cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels resulting from an incomplete or incorrect address supplied by the customer.
If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately at contact@velanne.online. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, local customs duties, import taxes, or handling charges may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
VELANNE is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us at contact@velanne.online with your order number.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution.
