Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted or may receive a reduced refund.

Once your return request has been reviewed, we will provide return instructions where applicable.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as VELANNE is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Please note that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to display the funds in your account.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@velanne.online.
We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may need to wait until it is delivered and then request a return in accordance with this policy.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@velanne.online.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, colour, or item, please return the original item according to this policy and place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
