Damaged Parcels

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to the customer being unavailable, refusing delivery, or providing incorrect delivery details, the parcel may be returned to sender or held by the carrier.

Any additional shipping costs caused by failed delivery attempts may be the responsibility of the customer.
